Description

Heartfelt Games LLC was founded to enable us to make games with passion from the heart!

History

Early history

Heartfelt Games LLC was founded by Trey Cockrell aka Yomic on May 4th, 2015 after deciding to make independently developed games. Trey always had a passion for playing games since he was merely 3 years old, but another passion awoke in him fairly early as soon as his family bought their first PC. He dove into level editing in early games like ZZT, made custom maps (on paper) for various games, and later learned real programming through self taught methods online.

Recently

In the not too distant past, Trey and his wife noticed a post on a popular link aggregator site, calling for local Louisianan developers to create games for a new and upcoming local bar/arcade, Shreveport Arcade. Inspired by the hope of the possibility to sustain himself doing what he loves, Trey revived an old arcade top-down shooter project of his called, "When It Hits the Fan". He has release this and various other titles, as well as working towards anything the future may hold!
